Multiple symptoms.: Palpitations (skipped beats or rapid beating), exertional shortness of breath (dyspnea), exertional chest pain (angina pectoris), faint feeling (syncope or near-syncope), swelling of legs (edema), exertional fatigue. Sometimes cardiac pain is felt in the throat, jaw, neck, stomach area or back.

So varied: Symptoms vary from person to person and also with the particular problem of the heart. There can be chest pain (often squeezing pressure) this can radiate to arms, back, neck. There can be shortness of breath, fatigue, palpitations edema, and dizziness. You may be unable to lie flat b/c of sob or wake up at night sob. And many more symptoms. All of these can be associated w/other diseases, too.
