Several things: If you're stressed out, obviously finding the reason for it and making sure there's no medical reason behind it (high thyroid function or sugar metabolism problems like hypoglycemia). Yoga, meditation, as well as cardio exercise are excellent ways to get control of your mind and heart and relax. Also daily commitment to deep breathing will help as well.
