HIV Associated: Diarrhea is common in hiv. It can be due to the virus in more advanced cases and also associated with several meds. I know you'll think this is odd..But suggest to your infectious disease doctor to use a low dose of methadone, 10mg a day. It relieves almost 100% of my HIV patients diarrhea. And by the way...Why are you off meds? I would really suggest starting them again.
