Within a few weeks: You should go back to ovulating within a few weeks of stopping the pill - assuming you had regular cycles before you started the pill. At 23 it should take less than a year to conceive, but seek help sooner if you have known issues like endometriosis. About 85% of couples conceive in the first year of trying. Best wishes.
