Clonazepam: Clonazepam is a very long-acting medicine. Its elimination half-life is at least 30-40 hours, and it takes 5 times that time to be completely gone (meaning, at least 200 hours or about 8 days). I don't know how old your son is? If he is awake and doing well, call his pediatrician and ask for recommendations. If your son is lethargic or otherwise not acting normally, he needs to be seen.
