A member asked:

Is there a cure for retinal damages?

Yes and no: There are lots of causes of retinal damage-you need to be more specific. If the damage is from swelling or bleeding under or in the retina, there are treatments to resolve these problems and restore retinal function. If the the retina is scarred, then there are no surgeries or drugs to regenerate the retina.

Depends: It depends on the location, severity, and type of retinal damage. Some is treatable and some is not. Need more information to answer this questions.
