Cures for bruxism: Sleep bruxism is classified as a parasomnia, which is a disorder that intrudes into the normal sleep process. Because the causes of SB are still unclear there is no cure for bruxism. The management of bruxism include: intraoral appliances, medications and behavioral interventions (e.g. hypnosis, biofeedback). Ask your dentist for more information.
