Depends: If you have very low brows from birth you can consider an endoscopic brow lift in your twenties or early thirties. Earlier than that would be uncommon.

None: There is no set age. If you have a problem at birth, it can be in your youth. If you develop ptosis (droop) of the brow, any age is appropriate potentially. I see most people starting to do it in their 40's and 50's.
