Humidify: By natural i assume that you want to avoid using medications and eye drops. Keeping a normal humidity inside can be important, and it can get dry in the winter. Avoid blowing ceiling fans. A warm mist humidifier is best because it does not blow mold into the air. Stay hydrated, and eat plenty of foods rich in omega-3, as these improve the oil layer of the tears. Do not use tap water in the eyes.
