Yes: Bicuspid valve is a relatively common condition and most tolerate until adulthood and valve replacement. Some are treated in children with valve dilation, open repair or rarely with replacement since so small. If cyanosis is happening, need evaluation for endocardiac shunting ( pfo, asd, vsd ) etc.
