Probably not: I would see a physician. Get a diagnosis as to what is causing the pain and then consider your treatment options.

No: Bad dental hygiene is linked to predominantly oral problems, such as cavities, and gum disease. It also has been implicated that people with gum disease are more likely to suffer from coronary artery disease.
