Could be: It depends on where it is, how big it is, and how stable it is. Aneurysms can suddenly burst, but some are more dangerous than others. For the best answer to your particular situation, please work with your own physicians who know pertinent facts about your aneurysm.

Aneurysm : Yes. These are blood vessels with abnormal walls . The "bubble" is thin and can leak or fail at any time. The location is very important, brain, aorta, etc. Discuss with your md and monitor it if possible, with a treatment plan for emergencies. Some are watched, others removed.
