Very good however...: Herpes virus is passed from person to person by contact. However, to pass it on all depends on the stage of virus you were experiencing during intercourse. For example, it is most easy transmitted during the weeping blister stage. When this is dried up or no symptoms it is less easily transmitted. So depending on the stage of your infection he may be ok.
