Mid-cycle pain: Peri-ovulatory pain can be before, during, or after ovulation. It doesn't usually last more than around 48 hours. Normal ovulatory pain is called mittleschmerz; but pain can also be related to problems such as endometriosis. Your obg can help you sort out the difefrence.
