Concussion: Sounds very much like a concussion. It would be a good idea for you to be evaluated by your doctor. Usually symptoms go away within 7 to 10 days but the nausea today is of some concern.

Concussion: These are signs of a concussion, but with the feeling of vomiting the next day you have to make sure no bleeding in brain. If you are already a few days out from the injury, then more than likely only a concussion. Rest and don't do other activity. You can get second impact syndrome. ( getting hit in head while already concussed). When all symptoms gone, gradually go back to activity.
