Not really: This is almost always asymptomatic. Most frequently incidentally diagnosed. I don't think you would need to worry about most careers. But that being said, not all spina bifida occulta looks the same an it may have some associated bony abnormalities that may restrict your activity (pars defects, spondylisthesis etc.) consult with your doctor.
