Talk to gyne: There are many reasons a woman may find orgasm difficult...Inadequate arousal, not enough foreplay, not enough clitoral stimulation, or too much stim. Exploring issues that may have made sex stressful for u (relationship issues, history of assault, etc) is important as well. Get 2 know your body & see if u can find what works 4 u, then teach your partner. Talk 2 your pcp or a good therapist.

Don't give up: It requires a lot of real intimacy, and a caring partner to listen & respond to your concerns. It is very common for women to not have orgasms in standard positions of penile-vaginal intercourse. Often either oral or manual stimulation is required, and hopefully, with the right partner, you will be able to give some direction on where u need to be stimulated in order to have an orgasm.Dontgiveup.

Need more informatio: Can you have an orgasm during madturbation? Is it that your partners don't know how to please you? Are these people you are in a relationship with or just casual sexual encounters? It may be helpful to work with a sex therapist, as in general i don't have enough information to direct you.

See a sex therapist: Although there is not enuf info in your question to be sure, the comment that you hate having sex suggests that there may be unexplored issues. Have you ever been sexually abused, did your parents or religious leaders disparage sexual activity, were you ever traumatized during a relationship. These and other questions may help uncover the problem.
