Possible: If you are having unprotected sex, you can get pregnant. If you have PCOS, you chances for pregnancy are decreased, but it's not reliable for birth control. If you're not going to get pregnant, you should get on birth control. This will help with some of the symptoms PCOS, including irregular cycles and abnormal hair growth.
