I woke up this morning with sharp on and off pains in my left side of my chest which seems to be getting worse , I then felt a weird feeling in my upper jaw and now Im experiencing tightness in my shoulder blade area, and experiencing a headache.
While doing shrugs at the gym I injured my upper left back/shoulder/trap and have difficulty turning my head. Is this most likely just a pull?
