Yes: Occasionally with the very low dose hormonal birth control pills these days a breakthrough ovulation can potentially occur. Usually thr endometrial lining isn't supportive for a conception though. Make sure you take the birth control pill almost at the same time each day and some antibiotics may decrease the efficacy of the oral contraceptive pill.
