Ovarian cyst: Constant cramping pains is not usually how ovulation pain is described. You could have a cyst on the left ovary which is causing this pain. Cysts tend to come and go and generally no therapy is required. Also, you should make certain that you are not pregnant as this pain could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. Other organ systems can cause pain: i.e. colon. Are your bowel movements regular?
