Coincidence?: If everything is as stated, then it is likely a coincidence that you developed swollen tonsils after oral sex. You may have picked a non-sexually transmitted viral infection (and would have gotten swollen tonsils without oral sex). If your bf has genital or urinary symptoms or admits to being unfaithful, then i would have it checked out.
