Vitiligo: This is not a communicable condition. It does have some auto-immune features which can appear at a later date. Suggest seeing a dermatologist.

Vitiligo: Vitiligo is not an infection and not contagious. However there is other condition that can cause decrease pigmentation in colored skin person-mimicking vitiligo -like pytiriasis multiforme- that has to be ruled out as p.Multiforme is contagious. Vitiligo does not really need to be treated. In regard to the trembling hands- he should see his doctor and perhaps neurologist to find out the cause.
