Usually not....: Women with tubal ligations should not get pregnant. It is rare that the tube ends reconnect and the egg can travel down to the uterus or the sperm travels up the tube and reaches the egg to fertilize it. Go see your doc. You can take a urine preg test, but i believe its a waste of money. Sounds like you are having issues with your menses already, so see your doc.

Yes: Do a pregnancy test. If it is negative it is unlikely. If you are worried see your ob/gyn for a blood test.
