Yes-do home test : 50% of pregnancies after a tubal ligation are in the fallopian tube, which can be a life threatening emergency. You need to do a home pregnancy test immediately and if that is positive call your ob/gyn.

Possibly: Believe it or not even a tubal ligation doesn't have a 100% success rate, especially as the years pass. Since your period is late - would take a home pregnancy now. If positive let your doctor know right away. Take care.
