Possible: Irregular cycles are a possible sign of ovulation problems which may give you difficulty in conceiving. Once off the pills, if the cycle becomes irregular again, see your gynecologist or a fertility specialist for an evaluation why you have irregular periods as well as potential treatment to correct the problem.
