How much of a difference is there in accutane remission rates between 120mg/kg cumulatively and 150mg/kg?

Accutane: No data on that specific question. The usual initial dose of 1 mg/kg/day for 20 weeks would be 140 mg/kg and cures about 50% of patients. The other 50% need a second course of 2mg/kg/day for an additional 20 weeks to effect a cure. Treatment at these doses requires weekly monitoring by your doctor and weekly blood tests to watch closely for adverse side effects.
