Depends!: Depends upon drug & condition. You didn't mention either medication or illness, at least not that i can read. In some, it makes a difference while in others, it doesn't. Depending upon drug & condition, toxicity might be somewhere between 120mg/kg & 150mg/kg. Best to discuss your concerns w/your prescribing physician.
