Day 14-15: With day 1 being the first day of your full flow, day 14 will be the day of ovulation for a 28 day cycle and day 15 for a 29 day cycle. Have intercourse one time on days # 10, 12, 14, 16 to optimize your fertile window and conception. Best of luck!

Midmonth: You usually ovulate about the middle of the menstrual cycle. If you do not have means to measure the time of ovulation (see your ob) and do not have pain in middle of month (mittelshmertz) signaling ovulation then have sex multiple days in the middle of your cycle, .
