Many: Healthy workouts include any that cause your heart rate to increase for at least 20 minutes. These include dancing, pilates, work-out videos, running up and down the steps in your house, jumping rope, jumping jacks, or a combination of any and all of the above. Be creative!

Strength training: Another component of a healthy workout is strength training- this can easily be done at home with a small set of free weights. Cleaning house- such as scrubbing floors, mopping, vacuuming, etc can also burn a lot of calories- and the people you live with will thank you!
