No, BUT: If you're drinking a lot of caffeinated soda, that caffeine goes into the baby too and can cause problems like irritability, rapid heart rate, difficulty sleeping. Additionally, substituting coke for milk, will decrease your baby's calcium intake. Continuing prenatal vitamins while breast feeding is often recommended.
