Nutrition supplement: Thank you SOOOOOOO much for making the sacrifices needed to breast feed your baby. It really is the best starting food for your baby! I would suggest you try some of the nutritional supplements on the market -Boost, Ensure. You can also make your own with additions to a milk shake.Make the shake and add fruit. yogurt, protein powder.. etc. It's hard finding the time to care for yourself, good luck

Breastfeeding: Congratulations on breastfeeding your baby! Now you must concentrate on your own nutrition to help provide your baby with the best possible nutrition. Make sure to have adequate protein (seeds, beans, dairy), water intake. Keep snacks of yogurt, nuts other quick nutritious bites handy (even when feeding baby!) 2500 calories/day is a good goal. https://www.cdc.gov/breastfeeding/breastfeeding
