Go to a clinic: Pain in the penis tip is unusual. Sometimes dried semen can cause irritation at the tip, but if it is persistent, you may have a std (chlamydia or gonorrrhea). You need to see a clinic when you return to the usa. Try not to have sex or use condoms until then as you are contagieous.
