I had a bad sinus infection that cleared up. now i have very bad dull pain on back of tongue and underside of neck. hurts to swallow. what is it?

Lymph node?: You may have a lymph node that is involved due to your sinus infection. The pain upon swallowing, and the pain at the rear of the tongue may both be related to a node, or nodes. Did you take antibiotics for the infection? If not, you may need some; if your did, you may need a longer course of them.
