Glands: The sinus infection may have cleared up you sinuses. But your glands aid in helping. It sounds like your glands have become infected/inflamed . See you doctor.

See physician: You may need antibiotics to totally clear this infection up. It is traveling to other glands in your head & neck. Please call your doctor tomorrow for a check up. Take care...

Lymph node?: You may have a lymph node that is involved due to your sinus infection. The pain upon swallowing, and the pain at the rear of the tongue may both be related to a node, or nodes. Did you take antibiotics for the infection? If not, you may need some; if your did, you may need a longer course of them.
