Means not done: Not important. BUN & creat are what you need to have normal. It could be because one of the numbers is reported as "less than" e.g. BUN < 5 (less than 5). In this case you cannot calculate the ratio since you cannot use 5. The issue is not important anyways. You do not seem to have a kidney disease.
