Get weekly cbc & cmp to monitor kidneys as i'm on a lot of meds. bun/creatinine ratio has been elevated and was 30:1 last week. should i be concerned?

Depends: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been more useful to know the actual values than just the ratio. Drink plenty of water before you repeat the test next week.

Hi i have bubbly urine for a couple ot months. Im also having muscle aches i believe i had my cmp and cbc done last month and it was conpletely normal even bun crea and albumin including total protein except glucose. Any suggestions?
Read that a person can have a normal cmp, cbc, and Urinalysis and still have kidney damage. So then how would a person ever know? Do they just get kidney problems or worse suddenly ?
