Bug in your ear: You could indeed have something moving in your ear. In lubbock, it could be a roach or some other small insect. Try filling your ear canal with hydroxygen peroxide or rubbing alcohol to see if that will encourage the bug to leave (or die). If that doesn't work, then you may need to head over to a local urgent care clinic to see if they can irrigate your ear canal and remove any bug or foreign body.
