No: There are some called ectatic and not to extent of aneurysm. They are bigger than many but do not enlarge over time . Aneurysm is 2-2 .5 times normal in general. Abdominal normal 1.5 - 2 cm. Aneurysm > 3 intervention at about 5 cm some variation and clinical judgement required.
