Unknown: Apparently the risk for aortic aneurysm development is highest in elderly people and people with a history of high blood pressure or have had arterial disease. Considering the millions of people who have taken ciprofloxacin these many years, the risk must be very low and you shouldn't worry. You could have an abdominal ultrasound of your aorta to ensure that it's normal if you're still concerned.

No: If you have a family history, are a smoker, hypertensive, Marfan's syndrome, overweight, or other factors which are all infinitely more likely to lead to aneurysmal disease than a potential issue with Ciprofloxacin. Do not lose any sleep over it.
