Reduce calories: Weight reduction without exercise can be achieved by reducing caloric intake. Having said that, your nutritional regimen is important and must be balanced and give enough calories to support proper health. Going to the gym would be the smart thing to do, if calories are reduced, but weight still a problem. Not only does regular exercise burn calories, it turns up your metabolism which will help!
