Not likely: While chest pain is still the primary symptom of a heart attack, it is by no means the only one. Your mom"s symptoms could be vascular, gi, musculoskeletal, or gynecologic. If you cannot see her primary physician today, a trip to a quik med or er visit would be appropriate.
