Chest wall pain: There are many things that can cause chest wall pain in a young woman, and (generally) these don't include the heart. Endometriosis, autoimmune disease, muscle strain, neck injury.... The list goes on. The timing of the pain, location, quality, associated difficulties, etc will give clues. Talk to a good internist, and then a pulmonologist if you can't get answers.... Sometimes these are tough.

Yes it can: You are only 22 years old and you must have seen your doctor as you have been for cardiac work up it may be musculo skeletal pain and may be related to your poor posture, the way you sleep, way you exercise and others you can try a course of anti inflammatrory pain meds like nprosyn or Motrin and change your posture or remove any other cause check with your doctor for it.
