See below: If you are having regular menstrual cycles you probably are ovulating. You can use basal body temperature or ovulation predictor kits to determine when. Just because you don't get pregnant doesn't mean you didn't ovulate that month. Each cycle even when conditions are ideal chances of pregnancy are only about 20%.
