Depends: Have they checked your Hemoglobin or Hematocrit levels? After a D&C for miscarriage it's possible to have anemia (low hemoglobin levels in blood). Symptoms of anemia are dizziness, fatigue, fainting episodes, fast heart rate. If you feel completely fine then waiting only one menstrual cycle should be fine. If you are having symptoms of anemia then wait 2-3 cycles.
