MeralgiaParesthetica: This is a likely meralgia paresthetica, or compression of the superficial lateral cutaneous nerve. It results from tight belts or overweight around the hips. Go see your primary care doc and he will do the "dollar bill" test, which will confirm the diagnosis. You may need a referral to a neurologist. The condition is benign. Weight loss is the key.
