I do not know: Please consult your pcp. Possibilities are viral gastroenteritis, food poisoning, early signs of another disease, side effects or allergic reaction from medications taken, intoxication or withdrawal symptoms from an abused drug, psychogenic. Multiple types of infections, may present with similar symptoms, common cold, early flu symptoms, etc. Thanks.
