No,: X rays are used to visualize bone and metal. Tissue or blood vessels are best viewed by mri. Aneurysms are ballooned blood vessels. Thus, will need to use another imaging modalities besides x ray.

No: Some aneurysms have calcium in the wall, or displacement of tissues that can be seen on x-ray. Ultrasound or ct can identify.

Usually not: Most aneurysms require an angiogram, ultrasound, CT angiogram or MRI angiogram to visualize. If the aneurysm has lots of calcifications, it can sometimes be seen on Xray
