Wt (lbs)/2=#oz/day: You'll hear all sorts of answers about this question. It really depends on your body health/weight and what climate/altitude you live in. The best short answer i've seen is to take your weight in pounds, divide that by 2 and drink this much water in ounces each day. For example: if you weigh 120#, you should drink about 60 oz of water daily (slightly less than a half gallon).
