Deep breathing : If you are medically healthy and anxiety seems to be the issue, consider the following. Take in a slow deep breath through the nose, hold in lungs for a 5 count, slowly exhale through your mouth. Try this about 12 times - hopefully, your anxiety will reduce and your breathing will normalize. Take care.
