Itchy rash on limbs: Any time you have a rash and it won't go away, all we can do is advise that you see a doctor. Rashes can't be diagnosed without being seen. There are too many possibilities. Dermatologists have to learn about 600 rashes; the rest of us don't even try to learn that many! best wishes! until you see someone, you could take an antihistamine for the itching, though--allegra, zyrtec, claritin, benadryl (diphenhydramine).
